Senior Client Services Consultant

Department: Solution Delivery
Location: Bentonville , AR

The Senior Client Services Consultant takes the lead on customer engagements, serving in a hands-on capacity throughout all phases of the deployment process, from initial project scoping and business analysis to early support. With a rapid-implementation design, Blue Agave projects are typically deployed in 45-60 days.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience with Retail Link® and the CPFR process from the perspective of a Wal*Mart supplier. Domain expertise in the consumer products/retail vertical is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the team leader for Blue Agave's Bentonville-based client engagements
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution and development of Blue Agave's innovative Wal*Mart replenishment solutions
  • Conduct initial project scoping, gain understanding of a client's business processes, and communicate these requirements to the technical implementation team
  • Serve as a knowledgeable representative of Blue Agave, building and maintaining the confidence of clients and colleagues
  • Involvement in the client engagement from pre-sales through support
  • Manage the lifecycle of the engagement, completing and/or supervising the completion of all assigned tasks, on time
  • Work with internal product management and software development teams to meet customers' current and future requirements
  • Work independently, managing project scope and client expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Extensive Retail Link and CPFR experience
  • Experience in configuring, implementing, and integrating enterprise software systems is a plus
  • Project and client management experience
  • Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to define goals, organize and develop a methodical approach to achieving them
  • A self-starter with proven ability to exceed expectations

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel required
